1-Hour Low-Fidelity Prototype Challenge
A rapid low-fidelity prototyping sprint created under a one-hour time limit. All work consists of hand-drawn paper screens, sketches, and quick flow exploration. Topic of exploration was to create a product based on student work ethic and attention span.

My prototype demonstrates how students can use this app, which I called “Focus Pod”, to limit access to all apps except this one for less screen time. It is a smart desk light paired with a mobile app. The app asks you to set a time for how long you would like to focus. After the time is selected and started, the light turns green to display focus mode.
When focus mode is over, the timer goes off and the light turns blue. Throughout the timer, you are allowed one 5-minute break, which causes the light to turn red for 5 minutes (or less, depending on if you resume focus sooner). If I had more time and resources, I would create more screens for setting up focus times and user screen time goals, and make the lamp more interactive.
